Characteristic

Arecur® contains a biologically active substance consisting of exogenous immune peptides with anti-infective, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties. In contact with the body's immune compounds on mucous membranes, in Peyer's patches, lymphatic foci, immune peptides provide an additional resource to fight infections and tumors.

Anti-infective peptides defensins have a strong antibacterial and antiviral effect, in particular by activating membrane receptors and as a consequence - preventing the penetration of viruses into the cell through the membrane surface.

Regenerating peptides of the RJP class inhibit inflammatory mediators and promote harmonious regeneration of damaged tissues. T-lymphocytes and macrophages, contact and interact with exogenous peptides - thus in the target organ significantly increases the likelihood of detection and destruction of infected or atypical cells that carry the risk of malignant transformation.

Exogenous peptides can not only increase the effectiveness of antitumor immunity, but also independently inhibit the proliferation of malignant cells, including by triggering the mechanisms of their programmed death (apoptosis).

 

Recommendations for use

Immunosuppressive conditions and intoxications due to infectious-inflammatory processes and neoplasms, after the use of antibiotics, anticancer drugs and radiation therapy.

Benign and malignant neoplasms of different localizations. Neutropenic fever. Chronic diseases of the genitourinary system, which are accompanied by suppression of immunity, namely: pyelonephritis, cystitis, chronic prostatitis, prostate adenoma, genital herpes, papillomavirus infection, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, leukoplakia, bacterial vaginosis, kraurosis.

Chronic neuroinfections and multifactorial diseases of the nervous system.

Chronic diseases of the abdominal cavity, which are accompanied by suppression of immunity: erosive gastritis, gastric ulcer, nonspecific ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, polyposis, chronic hepatitis of various etiologies.

Anti-relapse immunocorrection with the use of Arecur® is fully compatible with antibiotics and antivirals, improves the tolerability of chemotherapeutics.

 

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. History of allergic reactions. The drug is not used in children under 12 years of age.

 

Method of application and dosage

1 ampoule of 2 ml 2 times a day intramuscularly for 20 days. After 7-10 days of a break prescribed by a doctor, the course can be repeated. Warning! Prior to intramuscular administration, 2 ml of Arecur® should be diluted in 2 ml of anesthetic suitable for the patient (Arecur®: anesthetic = 1: 1), shaken thoroughly several times before administration to form a homogeneous diffusion suspension; it is recommended to carry out introduction within 1 day in various buttocks; the drug should be injected deep into the muscle smoothly and slowly. In isolated cases, 48 ​​- 72 hours after the first administration of the drug may have general disorders caused by activation of the immune system: subfebrile fever, aches in the body. Such symptoms go away on their own and do not require special measures.

Characteristic
Arecur® suppositories contain a biologically active substance consisting of exogenous immune peptides of defensins and RJP classes, which have anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious and anti-tumor properties. Exogenous peptides are able to increase the effectiveness of the immune cells of the mucous membranes, which contributes to pathogenic and opportunistic microflora elimination, including Candida fungi, herpes viruses and papillomaviruses. Arecur® suppositories help to reduce the intensity of inflammation and prevent the occurrence of erosions and ulcerative defects, on the background of which atypical cells may appear.

Recommendations for use
Prevention of dysbiosis and inflammatory processes of the vaginal mucous membrane and rectum after surgical interventions, after the use of antibiotics, anticancer drugs and radiation therapy.
For hygienic sanitation and as an adjuvant for chronic infectious-inflammatory, hyperplastic and degenerative diseases of the genitourinary system, which are accompanied by immune suppression, namely: cystitis, chronic prostatitis, prostate adenoma, genital herpes, papillomavirus infection, cervical dysplasia, bacterial vaginosis , acute and chronic salpingo-oophoritis, endometrial hyperplasia, adenomyosis, endometrioma.
For hygienic sanitation and as an adjuvant for infectious-inflammatory, proliferative and degenerative diseases of the intestine, which are accompanied by suppression of immunity, namely: chronic colitis, proctitis, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, polyposis, Crohn's disease, non-specific ulcerative colitis.

Contraindications
Increased sensitivity to components. Allergic reactions in history.

Method of application and dosage
1 suppository 2 times a day intravaginally or rectally for 10-20 days. Consult your doctor before use. Arecur® suppositories are not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Adverse reactions
